These past two years I mostly write about two things. One is shipping Kotlin Multiplatform for real, from the build toolchain down to iOS, HarmonyOS and Wasm. The other is actually using AI coding tools: agents, plugin ecosystems, context management.

Most posts here appear on WeChat first and get archived afterwards. Each one tries to give reproducible steps and primary sources. Where I cannot back something up, I say so.
